August 29, 2011: Lessons are only semi-available for scheduling until further noticed.  I was recently hired as a Walla Walla Public Schools elementary school teacher and my schedule has become extremely busy.  I'm only giving a few lessons per week and am giving priority to returning students.  Thanks for all your support in this!

June 20, 2011: I'm back and ready for action!  I'm also juggling three jobs, being a full time student, hunting for a teaching position, and being a newlywed.  Things are a little busy in my life right now.  Despite that, I'm excited to get things started back up with drum lessons!

February 18, 2011: If anyone actually reads these then they may have noticed I mentioned "drastic changes" in my December 16 update.  The big change is that I'm taking a break from giving drum lessons from March 12 to June 20.  During that time I will be student teaching, getting married, and going on my honeymoon.  When lessons start up again in June you can expect things to be a little different since I'll be in a new season of life as a newlywed and (hopefully) a first-year teacher.

December 16, 2010: Hooray! I'm halfway to my Masters degree!  Winter quarter starts up in early January, and then Spring quarter I'll be doing my student teaching, then getting married, followed by one more quarter of grad school, and then hopefully I'll have a job (preferably in Walla Walla).  Basically, my life is going to go into light-speed starting at the end of March.  This means you can expect to see some drastic changes with my availability and possibly other aspects of Walla Walla Drums.  Anyway, Merry Christmas in a week or so, and Happy New Year after that!

March 14, 2010: Well I haven't done a news update in a REALLY long time so I thought I'd do a quick one.  This Spring quarter I'm beginning my Masters at Teaching program at Walla Walla University, which means I'll be much more busy.  It also means that my schedule will change on a quarterly basis, so be aware of that as well.  Happy Easter in a few weeks, and enjoy the nice Spring weather that's beginning to show its head!

September 23, 2009: I've just started taking classes at WWCC in order to knock out the pre-reqs I didn't fulfill at Whitman for the Walla Walla University Masters in Teaching program that I plan to start in this coming Spring.  In other words, I'm much more busy than I was before but you can still refer to the calendar page to see when I have availability for scheduling lessons.

September 2, 2009: The new website is just about up and running!  I've still got a few more kinks to work out here and there but its at least functional.  Happy "back to school" to my students and have a good time at the fair this weekend!
